Your Heartland ID barcode is not up-to-date in your I-Share account information.
Follow the steps listed below to edit your account and resolve the issue.
- Log in to I-Share Click "User Account" on the right hand side
- Delete the contents of the box called "Borrower ID"
- Replace it with the 13 digit number on the back of your current Heartland ID card
- Input your current password in both password boxes
- And select submit.
Now you are ready to request items!
