Your Heartland ID barcode is not up-to-date in your I-Share account information.
Follow the steps listed below to edit your account and resolve the issue.

  1. Log in to I-Share Click "User Account" on the right hand side
  2. Delete the contents of the box called "Borrower ID"
  3. Replace it with the 13 digit number on the back of your current Heartland ID card
  4. Input your current password in both password boxes
  5. And select submit.

Now you are ready to request items!
