You should never have to log in or create a password for any of the library's article databases.
(This does not include NoodleTools or I-Share).

Troubleshooting Questions

Q. Are you logging in through myHeartland?
- Library resources should be accessed through myHeartland. This proves that you are a Heartland student. 

 

Q. Have you tried to clear your browser's cache? 
- Directions for clearing your browser's cache.

 

Q. Have you tried a different browser? 
- Try an alternative browser like Chrome or Firefox.
